Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a very nice experience overall at this hotel. The contemporary design and clean rooms made for a pleasant stay. However, the lack of poolside service and restrictions on food near the pool were a bit of a disappointment. The dining options were varied, but I felt the overall dining experience could improve.
I had a mixed experience at this resort. While the location is fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed the beachfront and pool area, the room quality left much to be desired. The service was friendly and helpful, which was a plus. However, the dining options could definitely use improvements, especially with some restaurants being closed during our stay.
The hotel is situated in a great spot with beautiful beach views and easy access to nightlife. The rooms, while clean, felt dated and had some maintenance issues. The food was generally good, but the service could be slow at times. The overall vibe was fun and welcoming, especially with the friendly staff around, although I did encounter some overly aggressive entertainment staff.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. While the entertainment staff and bartenders were fantastic, and the rooms were clean, the dining experience was lacking, particularly in the buffet. The management of the hotel needs to pay attention to customer service, as it detracted from an otherwise enjoyable trip.
The RIU Cancun offers a beautiful beach and a lively atmosphere, perfect for those looking to have fun. The staff is incredibly efficient, making sure drinks are always flowing, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel is commendable. However, the restaurant times can be frustratingly early, and the room service is non-existent, which may not meet everyone's expectations.
